Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

My husband had previously visited another south florida Ford dealership and when he told them he was just looking and trying to see if this would be the right vehicle for our daughter, they basically dismissed him and offered minimal help. I came in to AutoNation, alone, to check out the Bronco. Anthony, was assigned to help me. I told him I was just looking and he helped me find the right model for my daughter, test drove the car and told him I?d be in touch should we want to purchase it. He was not pushy AT ALL!! At Lincoln of Cutler Bay I had a very pleasant experience buying a new car. They listened to my needs and I was able to find the perfect deal for me.

I brought in my Ram 1500 to repair a totally dead HVAC system and the technician quickly determined the bad parts. Angelo Gamundi, the service advisor contacted me for approval, advising me the one part would take several days to come in. He was very responsive when I contacted him for an update and when the part came in early he quickly arranged the install and contacted me to advise when I could pick up the truck. The only real negative was that a service tech left an empty drink cup in one of the drink holders.
