Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

The service met what i needed. I was able to ensure that the price of the repairs that were needed were affordable and correct. I just wish some of the future repairs that are needed are more affordable and could be more explained by the customer service representative like the previous rep that I had at the previous visit. Overall, the facility was very clean and i was able to meet with one of the car/service representative. I was able to meet with a car dealer who was very friendly and ensure that I had his contact information, in the event I plan or may want to purchase a new vehicle in the near future, which i plan too.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

The whole process was much easier than I have had in the past. Tall Damian helped us understand any questions we had and was also very personable, transparent and attentive. Signing the paperwork was seamless and fast. Grzegorz Jarzabek worked with me and ended the process efficiently. This entire experience was unlike any past car-buying experience I've ever had. Exceptional, Outstanding, Smooth, Enjoyable and First-class. I can keep going, but I think you get the picture. Exceeded all my expectations, and I drove home IN MY DREAM CAR!!!! This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Amazing people, Main Street Motors is the hands down best used dealership I have ever purchased from. My car has 50,000 miles and they had brand new tires and brakes put on the vehicle with a fresh oil change. Can't say enough about the people here.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.
