Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

I’ve been driving over 50 years and I have to say, this was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had a rough day with my old car, I had to face the fact that repairs would be way too high and I would just have to buy another car. He along with his manager worked hard and did everything they could to get me in a great car that I love, at a right price, with the right terms and I even had a choice of colors available to me that night. I came home with a beautiful 2021 Silver Escape with low milage , all the extras , a great warranty and a very positive experience. Na'eem was great! I came in to look at a 2013 Ford Fusion and he was helpful, knowledgeable and fair. They had just gotten the car in so hadn't had a chance to detail yet. We purchased that day and he made sure the car got cleaned up the way it should be, even thought the sale was already done!

Communication was great. They sent additional videos of the car and when asked about any cosmetic defects were completely honest and showed them in the video. Also discussed their detailer that comes on Thursdays. Didn’t end up purchasing from them but they were very good to deal with.

On October 16th, 2024, we assisted our daughter in purchasing a 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Our bank is in New York. In my opinion, the bank wasn't moving fast enough to get the money over to make the purchase. Mike was our salesperson. Went to the Pacifico Ford dealer in Broomall. They said they will not work on any vehicles that are 15 years or older. I went to Matthews Paoli Ford and had them work on my 2005 Ford excursion. I didn’t know that good mechanics existed like they have over there what a wonderful place it cost money but it’s worth it! The diesel mechanic there Christopher is unbelievably knowledgeable and good. Had a great experience. Had my Truck worker on over there and have had zero problems. I went in looking for a used car, was introduced to Martin, I must say he was a gem to deal with, picked the car out on Fri, there was a little problem, Martin told me to pick the car up on Monday, when i got there i saw some long scratches that i missed, Martin had them taken care of immediately, He did a follow up after i got the car, but the most impressive thing was my car was state to have Bluetooth, it did not, Martin and his manager Jorge made it happen, an appt was made and i got it.
