How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? Like a lot of dealerships, Grubbs offers add-ons that run the price up. You come to the dealership with a sales price that escalates with extra fees. We wanted the car and Eric helped with getting us a fair deal.

I went into the dealership with a certain used vehicle in mind and did not have to haggle at all! Brenda was excellent! She did not try to steer me in a different direction, she actually listened to me. I received a good deal at a fair price. Even the financing department did not push me too much to purchase something that I didn't need.

Jayson did an awesome job walking to see the process. Extremely friendly and direct, and we had to change some details on our contract and it was no problem. Test drove three cars, he put zero pressure on us to hurry up but at the same time was efficient and how he communicated, and made the whole process feel simple and accessible, and that gave us the info we needed and the time we needed to make the decision that was best for us. Once we decided to purchase, there was def some waiting with the document team. But the phenomenal coffee and relaxing atmosphere helped.
