New and used 2025 Ford Explorer Active 4WD for sale near Palisades Park, NJ

My husband and I stopped there to look at their Edge inventory. No intention of purchasing that day but getting an idea of what to look for and what we want. The sales person was very laid back and did not put any pressure on us to purchase. When we are ready to purchase I would definitely go back!

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

I highly recommend Mike and Stamford Ford. Very friendly staff and got a good deal on the truck i bought. Tony the manager was nice as well - no games played at all. Nice dealership.

Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

First and best experience at a dealership thanks to Kole Tomaj. The process was smooth he worked with me very well he was very informative and overall down to earth and awesome. Made me feel like a comfortable customer. Ford needs employees like this that are real and not fake and very respectful and a professional. Kole Tomaj and his boss Miles who is a very professional character as well and projects, that of what a supervisor should be, were the most helpful and help me in the situation that was very complicated due to negligence of others. I can’t speak for other departments at Ford, but the sales team with Miles and Kole Tomaj 5 star. A+.

This is my third Explorer…and this time I chose the Platinum edition. The exterior is about the same but with some very tasteful updates to the rear taillights and front grill. The interior is dramatically improved with a variety of materials used throughout. The larger touchscreen is easy to use. This is the first Android based platform and it is easy to use and worked seamlessly with Apple CarPlay. The Blue Cruise auto-driving feature is very impressive- and once you get over the hesitation of letting the car steer itself is very useful especially on long interstate trips. All in all this is the best Explorer I’ve had.

Tasca Ford has amazing staff and they treat you with respect. They listened to my issues with my Bronco and resolved most of it. The Service department staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. The facility is clean and very welcoming. Did get my 22 Bronco from Tasca Ford but they treated me like the vehicle was from that dealership. They had a loaner available as soon as i got there and the loaner vehicle department was very helpful. Service Advisor Anil Mangar was very knowledgeable and kept me up to date via, phone, text and email. He listened to all my concerns and guaranteed resolutions. The one issue that cant be resolved is just a Ford issue and Service Advisor Anil has been trying his best with Ford HQ to resolve. Anil is a true representative of FORD and TASCA Ford dealership is an amazing representation for FORD's highest quality with regards on how customers should be treated. Please recognize this dealership and especially Anil from service. The are the reason I am sticking with FORD after all the issues with my 22 Bronco

THE JOB DIDNT COST ME ANYTHING AND THIS IS WHAT THE DEALER WHERE I BOUGHT THE CAR WAS SUPPOSED TO DO PUT THE REPAIRS THRU THE FORD WARRANTY,THAT DEALER WAS LEO KAYTES FORD WARWICK,N.Y. ,DO NOT BUT A CAR FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE!!. I truthfully cannot say I've ever had a better car buying experience than I just had with Salerno Duane Ford. Inventory was scarce everywhere so I placed a custom order for my 2022 F-150 King Ranch with Steven S who was a complete rock star. I can admittedly be a pest with these things, I was super excited to get my truck and bugged him for updates and Steven made sure to always respond quickly and truthfully, get changes made when needed. But the thing I'm most grateful for is 100% honesty. We went through the order and figures months ago, including a ballpark value on my trade and when it came to delivery everything communicated remained 100% true...actually worked out to be a couple bucks cheaper per month! Ordering was smooth, negotiations were smooth, finance was smooth, delivery was smooth. Long story short, I was dreading buying a new car again after several terrible prior experiences and even more so buying during a market like this, that's clearly a seller's market, but Steven and Salerno Duane earned a customer for life through their honesty. Always friendly and honest service. I bought a CPO Escape from Stamford Ford a number of years ago. There was a stupid problem with Ford Credit - it was enough to make me cancel the order. When Dominic found out about it, he called Ford Credit and told them to get it right. They did, and Dominic called me back and made the deal happen! Since then, Ive been bringing my Escape to them for service. They are reliable, friendly, and HONEST. Scott Ferrara in service is THE BEST! I noticed a number of reviews with regards to lack of communication while vehicle is in service, especially having a person answer the phone. This appears to have started since Covid. I'm guessing that it is because it seems harder to get good help these days. This is not unique to any dealership or brand. In fact, I have another brand of car that I bring to another dealership. By comparison, this other dealer does not deserve to clean the floors at Stamford Ford. The service advisors at Stamford Ford provide you with a cell phone # you can text if you need to, which is a lot easier than getting though via phone. Again shout out to Scott in Service!!
