I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

I made contact with a list of cars I was interested in from the website. When I arrived, all cars were ready for test drive and review. As with all vehicle purchases, the worst part was the paperwork. But even that was made easy. They even had someone available to explain the tech parts of the car to us not so tech savy people.

This is my third Explorer…and this time I chose the Platinum edition. The exterior is about the same but with some very tasteful updates to the rear taillights and front grill. The interior is dramatically improved with a variety of materials used throughout. The larger touchscreen is easy to use. This is the first Android based platform and it is easy to use and worked seamlessly with Apple CarPlay. The Blue Cruise auto-driving feature is very impressive- and once you get over the hesitation of letting the car steer itself is very useful especially on long interstate trips. All in all this is the best Explorer I’ve had.

A great experience as usual. I had a scheduled oil change and luckily the tailgate applique that was ordered had arrived. We were able to get that completed at the same time. Everything was completed and I was back on the road before lunch. Ashlee and Brandon are always very friendly and professional. Keith always comes out and says hello. It is very clear that the service department is dialed in. While I was there I was able to sale hello to Jess in sales as well. Autonation Ford has been great in every aspect. I live in Queen Creek and will always go to Scottsdale to Autonation Ford to purchase and service my vehicles. It is well worth the drive.

Very efficient service , staff were friendly and helpful. Kept me updated and took care of all my service needs including having open communication. Sitting are was well maintained and welcoming.

TLDR: Great price on used F150. Price on cars.com was the honored sales price. No crazy dealer add-ons. Even with financing, I was in and out in about an hour. Great experience. Worked with Chelsea. Texted and e-mailed ahead to inquire about online price and any silly add-ons. She confirmed. I was still half suspect until I saw the contract and it was all in order. Nothing like the hundreds or $1000+ some dealers add for "refurbish fees" or "protective coating" and such. Got a little pressure from financing for the warranty and had to say no several times, but I expected as much. In all, it was a very straightforward, stress-free, quick buying experience and I'd definitely consider buying there again.

Everything from making the appointment to dropping the truck off to the work getting done in the time window promised was excellent. Ashley (my service advisor) was great and very helpful.

I would like to add comments regarding the pleasant experience I had that involved Beverly Woodhull I purchased a new f350 ( which is bad xxx ) and missed tv giveaway by 10 days. I asked Beverly if it were possible to be part of the give away Without hesitation Beverly said she would ask the owner and get back to me. The owner was out of town for the holiday The first chance she was able to discuss my request she did and followed up immediately. The owner said yes and thanks to Beverly I was awarded a new tv as part of their thanksgiving giveaway. I cannot say thanks enough to Peoria ford , their owner and most importantly Beverly . My first experience with Fiesta motors, and i was pleasantly surprised. We found a used BMW X7 in immaculate condition and emailed about a test drive that night. A very nice salesman by the name of Scott Michaels answered me back soon after and we set up a time. He checked back in with before my appointment with a nice video of the car and said it was ready and waiting for us. He greeted us as we arrived and was super courteous and friendly and with no pressure or the usual salesman stick. After a nice test drive we bought the car, Scott was very helpful and knowing about the vehicle even though it wasn't a Lincoln, and even help my wife set up the phone and electronics in the vehicle. The finance guy was quick and very friendly as well, ( sorry forgot his name as its been a couple weeks). The dealership was clean and comfortable.
