I recently bought a used truck from Brian Hoskins Ford and the experience was one that went above expectations. First, the sales experience was top notch. The service was friendly and professional. When it came to the sale, the price was fair with no outrageous fees. I was very happy as I drove home in my new-to-me truck. I had bought the truck “as-is” and knew the risk in doing so. However, when a check engine light came on soon after the purchase, I was nervous that my great sales experience was about to be overshadowed. To my great surprise, the dealership worked closely with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond including fixing the issue at no cost and providing me with a loaner vehicle during the fix. Overall, I am more than happy with my experience with Brian Hoskins Ford and will definitely consider them for future purchases.

We were lead to Holman Lincoln by John Spoltore approx 2 1/2 years ago. He set us up with Lee Ann Phifer and this started our relationship with the Holman Organization. She was amazing, honest and sincere throughout the process, maki ng our buying experience a great success. As we looked to make another purchase, our choice was simple, LeeAnn, Holman and Lincoln would be the right decision. Again, she was outstanding, surpassing our original purchase experience. Her concern for our needs was her main interest. She made our purchase great again. Also, Greg Soden did a great job handling the financial aspects of the buying experience. He is highly professional and a superb asset to your team. In conclusion, we are pleased to refer LeeAnn, Holman and Lincoln to our friends and family as we were treated like family by your team..
