We were looking for a specific used car I saw online (that we learned was located on the Ford side) but our GPS took us to the Lincoln side. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and Lloyd made sure we felt valued every step of the way. I experienced a level of customer service with Hennessy Ford that is definitely lacking at other dealerships.(If you've ever been to Gwinnett Place Nissan you understand). Even though it was a used car and not their brand, Lloyd still thought it not robbery to call us to see how things were going with the vehicle. Now, that's service! On my most recent visit with my wife?s Lincoln MKT they were able to diagnose and fix the thunking noise in the front end quickly along with spotting a developing problem with the rear brakes during their thorough full vehicle inspection. The brake problem was fixed before it turned into a very serious problem. I appreciate their attention to detail.
