Germain Ford sent a technician to my home to verify a recall did not present any problem on my 2014 F150 Lariat 4X4. The technician was prompt, courteous and thorough checking the sensors at the heart of the recall and installing updates to the software. What was really impressive was that this was during the 13” snowstorm. I expected a rescheduled appointment but they stayed on schedule, unusual nowadays, good business 👍

I was floored, they didn’t have to do that, but they stood by their word 100%. I ordered the key, submitted the receipt, and they promptly sent me a check. That’s integrity you rarely see anymore! This was, without question, the best buying experience I’ve ever had at any dealership.
