Just purchased our third vehicle from Louisburg Ford. Always a pleasure dealing with Brian Parise and the rest of the staff. Very fair pricing and trade-in value. I so appreciate that Brian took the time to show me all the technical instrumentation as I am not very tech savvy. He set up the navigation with our home address, and we really needed that going home as road construction closed our normal route. Definitely worth the 90-minute drive.

Took my 2021 F150 and meet with Derby in the service on 2-6-24. For an oil change tire rotation. I told Derby about a battery issue with my truck. Derby checked my extended warranty and other coverage to see covered the battery replacement. Derby went beyond customer service and had great professional service

I contacted Bryan in the service department to schedule a state inspection ASAP. He was nice, courteous and professional. I received an appointment within (2) hours. After arriving at Greenway Ford, I was greeted by Bryan and welcomed to the waiting area. I received my state inspection ONLY! No one tried to sell me any other services. I had a fender bender with my car. I researched my options to take my car for bodywork. I was very pleased to see Rob Sight's dealership on the insurance list. I was fortunate enough to see Rob when I was out there. He took the time to look at my car and give me some very good information. I was very please with the Collision Center and the manager Randy did such a nice job of informing where they were with the car and when I would be able to pick up. He was very gracious when I talked to him. I wasn't waiting around for any calls. I would recommend anyone to take there car there. I don't think it matters what kind of car you have. Rob Sight Collision Center was listed with my insurance company as a preferred center to call. My insurance company hit the nail on the head, so to speak.
