Hard working people. Dealer is understaffed. communication can be slow. Had transmission replaced. It was a long process to get everything approved. once it was approved and they had the new transmission they got the job finished quickly.

Once again Sunrise Ford provided excellent repair service. Scheduled recommended services were done on my 2007 Ford Explorer and they were all done professionally and no issues. In addition, Service Advisor Nick Soriano was very knowledgeable in handling the services needed for my Ford. He was also very easy to discuss with concerning future recommended services for my Ford and what they entail and costs.

Fast efficient and streamlined except for the cashier who didn't know how to use my passport from wheels for payment. Also it would be nice to have a washed car return.

Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. I've bought about 4 vehicles from this dealership over the past few years because they're generally easier to deal with than other car dealerships. I can't stand being made to wait around pointlessly and really hate the car buying process in general.... but they're pretty good about being sensative to this. The service department are also pretty good. I bought a car last week and came into the dealership with several parameters for what we wanted. Our salesman hustled to find us what we needed and honestly put up with my grumpiness/annoyance at being there very well. He found is what we needed in record time and has sinced followed up to make sure we're happy. No compplaints.

A few days ago, we went to a dealership late in the night, and Cristian Gomez greeted us with a warm welcome. He treated us very well and explained everything about the car in detail. We had been to other places, but I wasn't very convinced because they didn't give good explanations about what we were looking for.
