We decided to purchase our leased 2022 when the lease agreement expired. We would have preferred to lease a new Edge but that wasn't an option since the Edge is being discontinued

All the employees were the best. Terry was so good at what he does at the dealership. Devin, Bob are so good at their job. I love my car it is perfect for me.

I had purchased a vehicle from Heritage several years ago. I had a super experience then, so I checked with Heritage this time. Going online, I found a vehicle I liked. I was met by Devin, who answered all my questions, set up a test drive, and sat with my wife and I as we decided. We took a lunch to decide and returned to purchase the vehicle. Once again, the work with the paperwork went easily, the vehicle was prepped spotless, and we were able to drive away happy. One of the things I appreciated was that there was not any dickering.
