We had purchased a previous vehicle for our son in 2017. After researching vehicles, we were called by another dealership to see a vehicle and were not treated respectfully. He quickly worked with us, offering a very fair trade-in value, and worked diligently to secure financing for us. We could not have been happier with the entire process, and we heartily recommend James Cain and the Preston Kia dealership for their professionalism.

I've never been to a dealership that treats every customer with the utmost respect. It seems to be a common theme across the board with the Classic Auto Group. The guys at Classic Ford of Madison are so helpful and really strive to make the customer experience amazing! I would highly recommend checking them out when looking for your next vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to send friends and family there as well. I purchased my 2016 Ford Edge in November 2016 and traded in my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. Every time I go to Mark Thomas ford they help me. They are friendly and efficient. I always get the answers and services I need. And I have never had body work done in less than 2 weeks, they had my car done in 5 days!
