Christine was great to work with, I appreciated that even though I had scheduled for a problem and to have a part replaced, she had more complete testing run and found that I didn’t need to have the part replaced which saved me money. The service was completed in less time than expected so it was a great experience.

All around great experience. We had been searching for a pair of HD work pickups and Taylor was extremely helpful in assisting us. We purchased a 2025 Explorer on October 16, 2025. Derrick Fedus was our sales representative. He did a great job in finding the car we wanted. He was very patient in helping answer our questions. He was very professional and easy to talk with. Ryan Kremer from acessories was very helpful and had the keyless key pad entry installed He helped answer a few questions and was very knowledgeable. Orleans ford gave my wife such a great deal on her trade in she ended up purchasing a 2025 f250 roush. Loves everything from the good deal on the trade in, our sales person Richie and we have been buying trucks thru Orleans Ford for years and there service team is outstanding too, very little issues over the years but always in and out problem resolved. For some of the nicest trucks around and normally plenty of trucks to choose from.. New or used great place we'll be back again.

Having looked online for another vehicle we came across what we looking for at Orleans Ford and decided to drive up from Rochester to take it for a drive. Yes we could have bought a car locally, but there was a bit sticker shock pricing locally when comparing similar cars. As such we drove up, drove the car and there were no hidden surprises in making the deal. As such we bought it on the spot. Although Orleans Ford may not be as flashy as other dealerships in Rochester their attention to customer care in answering questions was a huge win for them! As to a flashy dealership, well all I can say is....I'm not driving the dealership home I'm buying a flashy car at a reasonable price that counts. So if your looking for home town car dealership, pricing and customer care do yourself a favor give Orleans Ford a call....its well worth the trip!
