All around great experience. We had been searching for a pair of HD work pickups and Taylor was extremely helpful in assisting us. Our recent purchase was quite impressive. We made a purchase and decided to wait for the delivery so we were at the dealer for a few hours. At all times their team kept us informed of their progress, they always clearly and promptly answered questions and exceeded our expectations several times. The facility was very comfortable, clean and easy to find what you need. All of the employees genuinely seem happy and greeted us for the few hours we were there. We will buy from West Herr again!
