Zack Myers is more of guide than a salesperson, although he did close the sale with us. From our first phone conversations to our in person meeting on the day, we ultimately purchased the vehicle. Zack was a calm confidence builder in the business we were dealing with and the vehicle we ultimately purchased. We drove two hours to purchase this vehicle from Zack and we had never purchased a used car before, but his calm demeanor in fact based responses or a real confidence builder for us. I was looking online for a car in their auto group. I've never shopped online for a car. They made the process very trusting and made me feel as I was on their lot talking in person. This is a great place to look for a car 6 hours from my home. That's better than I get from local dealers here where I live.

Denise and Tony went into action when I heard they weren’t making the ford edge anymore. So I talked to them and told them the color and other features I wanted well they found me an Edge and I absolutely love it. They did a wonderful job and a good price. We have bought our last 3 vehicles from Twin Pine and have been very pleased with every vehicle. So when it came time for us to purchase another there was no doubt where we wanted to buy from. I worked with a gentleman named Quinn who was So patient, kind and informative. He brought us like 7 vehicles test drive and never seemed annoyed or trying to hurry us up. Unfortunately when I reached out to Quinn to buy a few months later I was informed that he was no longer here. The gentleman that texted me back was helpful as well and in high demand. We quickly text drove the vehicle and then started the paperwork for my new used car.

I recently bought a used truck from Brian Hoskins Ford and the experience was one that went above expectations. First, the sales experience was top notch. The service was friendly and professional. When it came to the sale, the price was fair with no outrageous fees. I was very happy as I drove home in my new-to-me truck. I had bought the truck “as-is” and knew the risk in doing so. However, when a check engine light came on soon after the purchase, I was nervous that my great sales experience was about to be overshadowed. To my great surprise, the dealership worked closely with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond including fixing the issue at no cost and providing me with a loaner vehicle during the fix. Overall, I am more than happy with my experience with Brian Hoskins Ford and will definitely consider them for future purchases.

Abby and Shawn in service were excellent. They both were patient with all my questions, provided credible answers, and, upon our approval of the repairs, had them done within 24-hours. They went the extra mile to have the car test-driven both before (to confirm our reported symptoms) and after the repair (to confirm problems had been resolved). Ask for Abby when you have an auto service need.

Caleb did a good job of helping us when we were buying a used car here. I was impressed at the walk around the vehicle where he pointed out any dings or scratches he noticed to make sure I was informed.

The Sales Manager Jonathan was super helpful and easy to work with. They took the time to show me all of the vehicles that I was interested in with no pressure. I would highly recommend this little gem of a dealership. The dealership is small, but they are building a brand new store nearby.
