I had a Bronco I wanted to trade in after deciding to downsize so I sent in an inquiry to Wayne Ford using cars.com. I was a bit skeptical since I’ve never used the app, but their team reached out rather quickly and gave me a ball park for my trade-in through text. I took the drive over from Philly and met the representative, Eric, who reached out to me. I took my new vehicle for a test drive, sat down to discuss my trade in and he did everything in his power to help me get the price I wanted for my trade. I had two other dealerships in the area who were calling me for my trade-in but Eric did a great job hearing me out and pushing to maximize the trade in value of my vehicle while coming down on the price of my new car. After some back and forth, he got me in the ballpark of where I wanted to be and beat out the other two offers I had. It’s nice to be back in a spot where a car salesman wants to compete for your business and doesn’t fall back on the high chance that someone will come in and pay an absurd amount over MSRP. The financial representative, Jordy, was a great help as well. He wasn’t pushing or pressuring me to purchase a bunch of extra warranties I wasn’t interested in, he simply walked me through the options I had with Wayne Ford, what each covered and the costs associated with each one. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here. Ask for Eric Federico and I am sure he and the team at Wayne Ford will take care of you!!

A while ago I bought my first car here and was treated with complete respect and honesty. This year, when my kid was ready for his own car, we went back and found another real gem. This is the only dealership we’ll ever use.

If you ever stop by this dealership, make sure you get David Lee as your sales rep. He is a super nice guy that bends over backwards to make the customer happy. He spent several hours with us on our purchase of a 2026 Nissan Rouge. In addition, there was no sales pressure to buy, he wanted to have the customer walk away happy whether it was with a new care purchase or not. My next car purchase will certainly be from him.

I needed my car serviced on a very specific day and they did everything they could to accommodate me. Besides that, I had to wait at the dealership but the car was serviced right away. The wait also felt short because I was able to work, their wifi being fast and reliable.

I have always received outstanding customer service by Malouf in helping me to find the perfect car for me. Their service program includes picking up my car at home and providing me with a loaner. I could not ask for more. I have purchased or leased six cars from Malouf Lincoln over the past 20 years and will continue to do so in the future.

From the Gentleman who checked my vehicle in, Service Department Manager and all of the Staff, to the Gentleman who gave me a ride home and picked me up when my work was completed. They made me feel like they were glad that I was there, not a imposition. They confirmed the work to be done, they asked some questions about my issues so they could have a better understanding of what was going on. It gave me a sense of confidence in their knowledge and the service that they were to provide. I met the technician who performed my service, he has excellent knowledge of the 2003 F250 Super duty Diesel. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. I have lived several places around the country and have dealt with a number of service departments, this, by far, was the best experience that I have ever had. Thank you very much for everything!!! I have to share my positive experience! I went to look at a car I saw online and was impressed!! The car was super clean, like exceptionally well taken care of. They've got a nice lineup of affordable, clean rides on the lot too. Totally recommend swinging by these guys!

The service staff here were excellent, they listened to my concern seriously and fixed a problem the car had for months - it really was a relief! They also went out of their way to do a thorough review of the cars condition and let me know a couple of things to look for at the next checkup.
