There was a leak in both sides of the box. They tried to repair it, but one side didn't seal. We purchased as is and knew the leak was there. We will repair it.

I ended up getting my nearly 4 year-old battery replaced at no charge. I had not really noticed any degradation of the cars operation even after being alerted by the notice, but I have noticed improvements in drivability since the battery was replaced.

I was met by Devin, who answered all my questions, set up a test drive, and sat with my wife and I as we decided. We took a lunch to decide and returned to purchase the vehicle. Once again, the work with the paperwork went easily, the vehicle was prepped spotless, and we were able to drive away happy. One of the things I appreciated was that there was not any dickering. They had the best car at the best price of any and that was it. The other thing I really appreciated was the customer service provided by Devin and the rest of the staff. Now, with this car, I may never need another one, but if I do, I will definitely shop at Heritage first!

traveling and had a radiator hose burst , got in to the ford dealership and asked for help , Jon at counter said he could not help but could schedule me in for the 11th I was there on the 8th that would mean I would have to stay till they got fixed, Chuck from the shop heard my problem and he lookes at the truck, he ordered part and had me out by 2pm Chuck was a life saver thanks to him I was able to get to the job and finish my work and would not have to make another trip Thank you Chuck
