My husband and I just bought a Lincoln Navigator ant Loveland Lincoln and had the best experience! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Matt was our salesman and he did a great job! He didn't put any unnecessary pressure on us to make a purchase. He was more than obliging when we wanted to look at multiple cars and if he didn't have the answer we needed right away he made sure he got it. Juan, the finance guy we worked with was much the same, very helpful and not at all pushy about adding things we don't need or want. He helped us find what was most useful to us and that was it! Jake the tech guy, was extremely comprehensive when showing me the ins and outs of all the great tech you get when you buy a Navigator. Last, but not least was Chris, who made sure we were able to leave the lot with the vehicle we wanted when an unexpected hiccup occurred. Overall, I have to say this was quite possibly the best experience we've ever had while purchasing a car from anyone ( and we've bought many!) so, I highly recommend Loveland Lincoln and I look forward to working with them again!

I was looking for a specific Ford Truck, a F350 Diesel. I found one on Cars.com that was at Interstate Ford. I live about 2 hours away from the dealership. I contacted Ryan Huber, one of the AMAZING sales reps there, by email. Ryan emailed me within minutes of my inquiry about the truck I saw and made an appointment with my that day to see the truck. Ryan was great! very low key, no nonsense, and helpful. not only did he show me the truck, he helped me through the purchase, financing, and final delivery, coming in on his day off so i could complete the purchase and pick up my NEW TRUCK!
