When online try to find out on trade gave us a good trade deals so we went in and found a vehicle that we wanted they didn?t have it in stock. Found the exact Mustang GT I was looking for at AutoNation Ford and reached out to the online Chat Person. They referred me to Christian Rodriquez and from there his attentiveness and ability to answer all my questions by text message had me sold on buying from the dealership. He was honest and upfront about price, etc. And unlike a salesman I had dealt with at another Metroplex Dealership, he was well versed in both the car he was selling and seemed to really want to sell the car. The dealership overall did a great job with the sales process and had the car ready for me when we drove up to buy it (even thought we hadn't committed to buying it / debating a different color). Overall good process. One item I would have preferred was to be taken to an office or room when negotiating the numbers instead of on the showroom floor.
