Ability to get vehicle in for routine maintenance was easy. Oil change, tire rotation, safety inspection was completed in a timely manner. The few additional service items that were identified were recommended to wait for next service at the 20K maintenance event.

I ordered from this dealer, even though it's 45 miles from me because the sale rep knew the Mach-E very well and had a car I could drive. Ford dealers closer to me were clueless if not down right stupid when it came to the full electric Mach-E. A few glitches on the delivery but over all a very good job by the sales person Brandon. This dealership does not pay on commission which made the whole experience less stressful and they have a great inventory along with a great staff. Then during our purchase, we were blessed with Tyler who jumped in to help. He also assisted us in getting the ford pass app set up on our phone.
