I bought a new car. On way home, realized sound was not working. Contacted dealer and arranged for service. Turns out, service could not resolve issue. They quickly arranged another vehicle, same model. They handled this very efficiently and professionally. Both Steve Sales Manager and David, my salesperson stepped up. My first Ford Explorer, and the experience has been very good. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! This place is called Five Star for a reason and they proved it! Thank you Hunter, Nick and Zach for making the process stress-free and thank you Kameron for the awesome deal on my new Malibu!

I reached out with a simple email about a vehicle I was interested in, and he responded quickly and clearly with no pressure. He helped me set up an appointment, and that initial interaction is what made me feel comfortable enough to go in. Once I arrived, it only got better. Isaac was patient, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. He explained everything in a way that made sense and never tried to push or upsell me. It truly felt like he was on my side throughout the entire process. I also want to acknowledge the management team behind the scenes. On the finance side, Braylon Boudreaux deserves credit. That part of buying a car is usually stressful, but he made it surprisingly easy. He was personable, professional, clear, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood exactly what I was choosing. Before coming here, I walked out of two other dealerships because the experience felt dismissive and draining. Grand Prairie Ford was the complete opposite. Found the deal of about 10K off sticker price online. Upon arriving got 4K more for my trade in than expected and to top it off, had small extended warranty given to me for free.

My salesman, Jerime Vail gave me the best no pressure buying experience and I have not seen that treatment in a long time. Said the lady over 55. I was driving down the I-30 service road to each dealership trying to decide what kind of SUV I wanted to purchase. This dealership was not the first one I visited, it was the last one. When I pulled into the parking lot I still didn't know what I wanted. Jeremy greeted me and I told him what I was looking for. He asked a couple of questions and then we were off to look at the inventory on the lot. I can't remember what the SUV was we were going to test out because as we walked by these cute Bronco Sports. I guess he saw me smiling. Then he said, unless you want to test that Bronco Sport. I said I don't believe it's in my budget. It was then that he talked to me like a human being instead of a paycheck. I love how he let me take the lead the entire time and absolutely zero pressure. I love my new Bronco Sport. I highly recommend Jerime Vail for your automobile purchase. It was such a great experience that the next day I sold them my Mercedes Benz C300 and Jerime helped me through that process. I definitely like my Ford Bronco Sport much better than the Mercedes plus the Ford's salesman was much nicer. The finance guy was much better, he also treated me like a person. The whole experience was quite quick and everyone was friendly. The Salesperson answered all my questions and also showed me a few things I did not know about the truck. Financing agent was friendly, it did take a couple of tries for us to come to an agreement on the amount, interest, and length. Great options for warrantee coverage! I only have a very minor comment. The detailing was a little light which is not too big of a deal for me since I go through and reclean everything to my standards. I will definitely buy from here again if the opportunity arises in the future! Thank you
