I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. Thought I had exhaust leak, turbo assembly had to be replaced, turbo was gone off my 2023 Escape, completely gone. It was replaced under power train warranty. It took 3 days , 1 to diagnose, 1 to order parts, and 1 to install. Service was great. I was treated very well.

My husband and I were in the market for a newer yet used car. We found the car we were looking for on their website and started the process online.
