'm very pleased with Ryan Ford and the customer service they showed after my puchase. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from them. I live in Lubbock so they transported the vehicle to me and only charged $300 to do so. I know it had to cost more than then in diesel alone. Once I got the Jeep and drove it about 50 miles, I noticed an oil leak which I discovered was from a leading rear main seal. Not a big deal and the part is pretty inexpensive but the labor to repair it can be costly. I took the Jeep to a reputable and dependable auto shop in Lubbock and they repaired the leak, but Curtis, my salesperson, made everything right on their end. The dealership reimbursed me for the replacing the rear main. They made it right, which is rare in this day and age. I appreciate Curtis and the ownership for their quick and fair response. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a very good purchasing experience at AutoNation Ford Katy. Everyone that I had interacted with was kind and helpful. Christian Falquez in Sales was especially good to work with, helping me through most of the process. Post sale support was also excellent because a couple of days after the purchase, I had some minor issues and he quickly took care me. The Finance person was also nice. The person, Eugene, who appraised my trade in was also very kind and he actually seem to really enjoy his job which is a good thing. Bobby, my Service advisor, kept me posted on the status of my warranty claim with our third party warranty company. The warranty company was not on time and very hard to get information from. Legacy and my advisor in particular, were helpful in his over communicating of the status and progress. When repairs were finally approved, the parts and repairs were promptly delivered and completed. Bobby was helpful, understanding that it was time sensitive due to the car belonging to my daughter and her timeline of needing to return to college in south Texas. Thanks again Bobby
