Thaddeus in the service area was very kind and helpful. I had issues the last time we came with getting an oil change done and our warranty which made me feel uneasy about coming back. However, Thaddeus didn’t even question it and when I mentioned our warranty he called them and checked on things for me. I am very happy and satisfied once again with Ford.

Had good texting before my initial visit to drive the truck, no pressure but offered to answer questions. Good initial meeting and walk around with descriptions of the features and great test drive.
