I drove down from Dallas b/c every dealership I had spoken to wanted $3k for add-ons. Johnny B made things quick and easy. When it comes to Ford, I'll never buy from anyone else.

Shaff Sheikh is always friendly and helpful to get my vehicle serviced. I like this dealership compared to others in the city. I had some bad experiences with others.

Representatives were helpful and cordial but the process which was pretty much completed by the time I went to pick up the vehicle took two additional hours. That is not acceptable!

I've been using Maxwell (Group 1) Ford Austin for years now and they have yet to disappoint! They have some of the fastest turn around times on vehicle services. They've always been honest and fair with me whether on my personal or fleet vehicles. The sales team was also very much the same when I purchased my truck a year or so ago, very competitive pricing that they also worked with me on and let me take the truck that night before signing while my company vehicle at the time was getting major overhaul. Would recommend 10/10!

Great process. Very direct sales manager. Helpful finance department. Process was good. Small issue with address on paperwork that was resolved very quickly. Online department was great.

I never felt pressured, I got exactly what I wanted. Both Johnny B and the financial manager was great, helpful and explained everything to me. I walked out with all my papers in my hand unlike the last dealership in Hutto over a year and I still don?t have the paperwork. Johnny even sit up my phone and ford apps.

After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! Instead of getting frustrated with me, he asked if he could make a suggestion, of which I was grateful. His recomendation led me to "the perfect car" for me...and it is NEW. Travis Etie, our sales person, was professional, courteous, and diligent in making sure the car buying experience was enjoyable. Although we had a slightly higher offer on our trade in from a national online dealership, we felt shopping local was a better option. I need to start by saying Rudy and the dealership he works for went above and beyond for me. I work a lot of hours and a single mom so my time is limited, so he brought me the truck I wanted to see and drove mine to get appraised. I received what I wanted for my trade in and got a great deal on a new Ford Ranger Lariat. By time I was ready to purchase I only had to walk in and sign the papers!
