I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

I brought in my car for consistent low tire pressure and Allie was able to identify it was a nail immediately. I was able to have a plug fix and I was on my way within 45 minutes. Allie provided excellent customer service!

I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

I purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 online from Colorado from Mark Mazda. I couldn’t be happier. The online buying process was simple. I could figure out the exact cost of the vehicle ahead of time, which was helpful when comparing vehicles. I feel I got a MUCH better deal than dealers in CO were offering, even with the “inconvenience” of traveling to AZ to pick up the car. James Fajardo, my salesperson, is FANTASTIC!!! He picked me up from the airport, gave me an overview of the vehicle and even took the time to follow up with the prep guys to get a slight scratch I didn’t notice on the vehicle buffed out. My vehicle was immaculate when I picked it up. James really went above and beyond to make me feel my business was valued. I would highly recommend him. I appreciated the dealership’s willingness to work with me as an out of state buyer. Rick in finance was great too. My only complaint (and thus the 4 stars for the buying process) was having to wait about an hour to get in to see Rick. That part could have been better, considering I had a long drive home. It’s an older dealership so there’s not much to the facilities, but that not what I really cared about. I understand they’ll be moving into a brand new place later in the year which looks much nicer. I’m so happy with my experience I would buy another vehicle from James in the future - even with a long drive home!

Recently purchased a new truck from this dealership. The main team member that helped and initiated contact with me was Art Manni. He was fantastic. Not once did I feel pressured with the purchase process. Art followed up with me, multiple times, even after I left the dealership, providing information to help me make a fully informed decision. Last minute I decided to look at another vehicle in their inventory, despite Art having cleaned/prepped the vehicle I initially chose. I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

Although pricey, this truck is awesome to drive . Very sharp looking and runs fast! I highly recommend ! We went from a Flex to this car and it was a seamless transition.

This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

We purchased a 2022 Explorer Platinum one month ago and so far we've had a great experience. We needed the large volume of cargo space that's available with the third row down, above-average towing capability, and most importantly comfortable seating for long trips. This SUV has given us all of that and much more. Now that we're past the break-in period, it is such a pleasure to drive. It has a phenomenal engine, helpful tech that we haven't had any trouble using (with one exception -- see below), and a fantastic selection of drive modes. The one fly in the ointment isn't Ford's fault. We tried to activate the three-month free trial of the wifi hotspot with AT&T, but three weeks after opening an incident with them (with Ford Customer Support's help), they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I hope Ford partners with a different provider soon, so no one else has to deal with this. But that's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. After a major purchase like this I often second-guess myself and wonder if I shouldn't have gone with one of the runners up. But not in this case. I'm confident we found the best SUV for our needs. Kudos to Ford!

Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I believe I had a fair trade and they honored their word- fixed the car I purchased that had some challenges I noticed at the time of my test drive. Were pretty communicative. I definitely felt heard and taken care of at the end of the day. No pressure to write a review or give a certain rating which I appreciate. 2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.
