I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

I have been a costumer for years, the people that work there could not be any nicer. We were dealing for Kim how I have dealt with before, she had a family issue so her colleague Steve took over and everything was seamless as always.

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

Highly recommend Brewster Ford. I walked in and customer service introduced me to my sales rep Tim. He was funny, knowledgeable, just a really relatable guy. He walked me through their inventory, and we began test drives. He worked with me on the price to meet my budget. We submitted the paperwork and within 48 hrs I received a call from Brian in the finance department. Another great employee, he was knowledgeable and patient. He explained every option and choice I had to make very well. I felt no pressure and picked the options that worked best for me. From the time I walked in to the day I drove away in my car was 3 days. They did everything, got me the best financing, handled my insurance, they even detailed a car I already thought was perfect. When I went to pick it up it somehow looked even better. This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

We purchased a 2022 Explorer Platinum one month ago and so far we've had a great experience. We needed the large volume of cargo space that's available with the third row down, above-average towing capability, and most importantly comfortable seating for long trips. This SUV has given us all of that and much more. Now that we're past the break-in period, it is such a pleasure to drive. It has a phenomenal engine, helpful tech that we haven't had any trouble using (with one exception -- see below), and a fantastic selection of drive modes. The one fly in the ointment isn't Ford's fault. We tried to activate the three-month free trial of the wifi hotspot with AT&T, but three weeks after opening an incident with them (with Ford Customer Support's help), they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I hope Ford partners with a different provider soon, so no one else has to deal with this. But that's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. After a major purchase like this I often second-guess myself and wonder if I shouldn't have gone with one of the runners up. But not in this case. I'm confident we found the best SUV for our needs. Kudos to Ford!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Colonial Ford. Their customer service team was nothing but phenomenal! I found a car online I did an inquiry. The next day I received a text message asking about appointment times and confirming the vehicle was still available the day before and also the morning of my appointment. I was greeted with friendly smiles. Tom Sweeney was great. He showed me the car inside and outside. Took me on a test drive. Asked me what I wanted to do and I said I want a second opinion and that I won’t be available till Monday night. We came down we looked at it and then I went home ran some numbers talked to them and they worked with me so I could get into my next vehicle. They weren’t pushy at all, they weren’t your typical car dealership people that hound you and take advantage of a women looking at a car alone. I’m beyond thankful for them and I hope to do business again with them in the future when it’s time for an upgrade. We found the car on there website and and gave them a call to confirm that they have the car available they confirm it that they have the car.We drove there from Manhattan and meet with Dave Saunders he was very helpful and we started to get the paperwork done. After about 3 ours we drove out with our new Ford Expedition. We were very very happy with the service especially with Dave.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍
