Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

After 4 months of looking for an suv, we found one. Although it was listed on Spitzer KIa, Mansfield the vehicle was acutally in North Canton, Ohio. We contacted Spitzer and they sent an employee to bring it to Mansfield. We made arrangements to test drive. Prior to this we had dealt with Anthony McQueen when looking a t a previous vehicle. He was the employee who we once again worked with and purchased from. We liked Anthonny as he so patient with me with questions asked. He was honest, not overbearing, and very thorough in showing us all the many functions of our Sportage. We like his attitude, friendliness and knowledge of things we asked about the suv. Anthony is a genuine person who cares about the buyer not just about making a sale. I hope he continues to grow with Spitzer. We will definitely ask for him in the future if looking for another vehicle.

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

After many years I returned to Marcotte Ford and met up with a new to the company Salesmen. Marquis was very helpful and went out of his way to make me happy, which is no easy task, and feel confident about purchasing my 25 Ford Maverick. I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

We are Nissan owners, who live in North Carolina, and were on our way back from our vacation in NOLA when our Rogue would not start. We were able to get our vehicle to this dealership and a very nice mechanic named Adam Webb came out to look at our problem. He immediately fixed our issue and we were back on the road in 5 minutes. Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Great, honest, easy to work with seller. Micheal was our salesperson and he's a great guy provided all the information needed, navigator was shipped to Arizona with spotless condition.

This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Had issues with my new 2025 Ram, visited dealership at 4:30 Heather service writer, looked at vehicle found had bad cells in the battery immediately took truck into bay and had battery replaced. Rate her a solid 10. Don Winkleman.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.
