Went to Crossroads to have my wife test drive a couple of cars but wasn't in a rush to buy one. Luby was our salesman and he was FANTASTIC. He's been at this dealership a long time and he knows his stuff. He's not a high pressure salesman, answered every question we had, and really went the extra mile in customer service. He worked with the finance department to get my deal done, despite some negative equity in the car I was trading in. I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. And I know I wouldn't have gotten better customer service anywhere else. Took the car in today to have detail work done on it, and they gave me a loaner to drive while they did the work. I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT from Joe Husick at Kenly Ford yesterday. Four things that made all the difference: (1) I did not feel pushed or pressured or rushed at any point during the visit. That is a big deal to me. (2) Joe Husick worked hard to make our trade-in value fit what he had quoted me over the phone. After he pointed out the wear and tear, it was easy to see it wasn't worth as much as we all thought. But he did his best to match the number he told me earlier and he came very close to it. (3) Husick went out of his way to help me move and install two huge Britax carseats into the vehicle for the test drive (that is no easy task). He was very attentive to installing them just right. I was shopping without my husband (he's a Marine) with an infant and toddler in tow, and Joe Husick helped me out a ton. He helped way more than he had to. (4) Everyone at Kenly was very friendly toward my kids. My toddler kept wanting to walk around the new car floor and all the gentlemen up there were very kind to her. The business manager was super sweet and patient while my kids were boucing around and making all sorts of noise. Nobody judged me when my kids were crying at different points. Overall, we had a VERY good experience at Kenly. I highly recommend it.

Great experience with Leith Lincoln , Vinny and Casey. I originally went to only test drive a vehicle so I could order one online with all the features I wanted. When I arrived Vinny met me outside and was very attentive to listening to what I was looking for. Along with everyone else looking for a new vehicle I knew there was a limited amount to choose from and I did not want to settle. Vinny provided top notch service to me and stayed with me the entire process. Which by the way only took a matter of hours to facilitate. I appreciate the attention to detail both Vinny and Casey provided.
