They had exactly what I was looking for and the sales person was the most knowledgeable person we talked to after a day of car shopping. He knew the answer to all our questions and was very considerate and respectful. We arrived when another customer was already there. He came and let us know that he was going to finish with the other customers and then he would be right with us. When the other customers took a little while he came back to check on us and offered us water. He was considerate of the customer who he had been working with as well as us. That means a lot in business! He showed us all the cars we wanted to see and let us drive the one I picked. He was very clear and upfront about what had already been taken care of and what was as is. It was a great experience and I have had several people ask about where I got my car. I am proud to tell them about Pugville Auto Works. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Great experience! Why waste your time with the big dealerships and sit around for hours! Manuel had me approved online in less then 30 minutes. Easy term financing with a bank, not to mention I didn’t have the best credit. Mike got me approved for the Passat I wanted and Kristi was great with insurance. This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

I have had 2 2004 explorers ( BOTH AWESOME! Over 220k miles each!!) And I bought a 2010 Eddie Bauer with roughly 100k. Absolutely beautiful vehicle, met all my needs (twin 8 year olds then, almost 13 year olds now) so lots of friends, lots of bags, skis, skateboards etc... I loved all of them, they all served me very very well. All were totalled by uninsured drivers in michigan. Literally. T-boned, rear ended, t- boned. And I'm about to buy another one. 2010 explorer, 111k miles. I know it will need the routine repair stuff, but I am 100% more confident in buying yet another Explorer than buying some unibody crap. I'd recommend a 2010 every day. Just pay a mechanic $100 to look it over and drive it. Every day, all day. Loved all my Explorers.

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

My first new vehicle. I still use it as my spare and my son uses it too for work. It has 368,000 miles and I have only had to replace the alternator and the thermostat (cracked) plus, all the normal militance. It still runs smooth like it was new.

I`ve owned several explorers through the years and put countless trouble free miles on them. The v8 equiped versions are my favorite makes merging into traffic a breeze. I found this one with only 77k miles on it and couldn`t pass it up.

We purchased our Explorer Limited brand new in Sept 2014. We live in Wyoming, and we've traveled to both coasts in comfort. It has 211,550 miles, still going strong! Knock wood!

From the moment arriving at the Hiley Hyundai Dealership (Burleson), we were greeted with smiles and courtesy. I noticed the facility had been remodeled since my last vist; super nicely done. The process was seamless and clear which was indeed appreciated. Brad Fansler was our Sales Person/Manager during the process; very accommodating. Our vehicle purchase options was to our liking as we were intent with our preferences; again very pleased with the process. The finance process was clear, effortless, and prompt; quite please with that part of the process. Furthermore, the closing moments of the overall process proved to be the reason for our preference to shop for vehicles at this dealership; we've purchased three automobiles from this Hiley Dealership, and will continue to do so for these very reasons.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Good experience, very nice handling and easy to manipulate all the features. Mine is the limited version and it is really a nice and enjoyable car. Not sure it’s the in 50 plus years of driving but it is darn close.

This car was gorgeous, royal blue. It exceeded every expectation i had as far as style and comfort are concerned. We have a big family so the third row was convenient and folded so nicely when unneeded. Sunroof and moonroof. Heated and cooled seats. Heated steering wheel. It costed entirely too much in gas and had a lot of computer glitches (in display screen not performance). Transmission acted a little funny one day so I decided to upgrade. Granted It was a 2013 not brand new, but if Ford isn’t built to last more than 8 years, I’m moving on.
