Used Ford Explorer for sale near River Hills, WI under $50,000

Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. Although pricey, this truck is awesome to drive . Very sharp looking and runs fast! I highly recommend ! We went from a Flex to this car and it was a seamless transition.

I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. I recommend that everyone purchase their vehicle from Heiser!!

I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

Carson is the most genuine salespeople I have ever had the privilege of meeting and working with. I could not have asked for a better experience at this dealership and Carson was the biggest part of it being such a great experience. After being in a car accident where my beloved car got totaled, I was not super thrilled to be car shopping in the first place and especially wasn’t looking forward to the typical pushy salesperson and feeling pressured into a big purchase. Carson is the exact opposite of that. He is dedicated to finding a car that serves you. He does diligent research, not to use his knowledge to convince you of a purchase, but instead he researches to be able to better serve you and ensure that he finds what you are looking for. He test drove the car I was interested in prior to me arriving so he could familiarize himself with the vehicle, inside and out to make sure he was able to answer any questions I may have. He is friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. He didn’t pressure me to make a decision that day and made sure to help me explore other options I was interested in to make sure I made an informed decision that I felt good about. His genuine nature and dedication completely changed my outlook what car shopping can be and I absolutely LOVE my new car. I will recommend this dealership and Carson in particular to anyone who is in the market for a car. Phil also was amazing and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with all the finances. The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!

I went in for an oil change and came out with a new vehicle. The sales staff are amazing. Friendly, accomodating and efficient. The manager in the service department pays attention to the details. He has been very friendly and accomidating.

Looked at many different vehicles, very happy with 2022 Ford Explorer. The Explorer vehicle is very roomy with all the comforts of a luxury vehicle.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

We purchased a 2022 Explorer Platinum one month ago and so far we've had a great experience. We needed the large volume of cargo space that's available with the third row down, above-average towing capability, and most importantly comfortable seating for long trips. This SUV has given us all of that and much more. Now that we're past the break-in period, it is such a pleasure to drive. It has a phenomenal engine, helpful tech that we haven't had any trouble using (with one exception -- see below), and a fantastic selection of drive modes. The one fly in the ointment isn't Ford's fault. We tried to activate the three-month free trial of the wifi hotspot with AT&T, but three weeks after opening an incident with them (with Ford Customer Support's help), they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I hope Ford partners with a different provider soon, so no one else has to deal with this. But that's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. After a major purchase like this I often second-guess myself and wonder if I shouldn't have gone with one of the runners up. But not in this case. I'm confident we found the best SUV for our needs. Kudos to Ford!

First time Explorer owner, had an Expedition that I loved but it was too high for my wife, so it went to our son. The Explorer Limited is lower, but still higher than a crossover or sedan which helps my visability. Love the electronics but concerned that they will have problems later on so I purchased a dealer extended warranty (bumper to bumper) that is 10 years 125,000 additional miles for piece of mind. Car drives like a dream, is VERY comfortable, has more than enough power even with the 4cyl (used to V8's). Gas mileage even with 4WD is great (23 city and almost 29 highway) not climbing hills. We will see how it does when we go north.

Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

He is the hardest, most sincere salesperson I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. I wish all sales people had his character and work ethic! Jeana was an absolute sweetheart in financial. She didn't try to sell me anything extra, just the basics to keep me covered. You can tell she loves just helping people get only what they need. This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

I have owned Toyota and Honda vehicles for years. I love the space and comfort of my Ford Explorer. However I'm at 68k miles and just had to have my transmission rebuilt. If I didn't love the comfort and ride of this vehicle so much, I would trade it in tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed and praying this vehicle will hold out to 200k miles.

Great place to keep going back too for all my service needs even for my oil change always prompt and keep me up to date , the big for me is they don?t try too sell you extra stuff and they let you know when something needs to be done in more than a timely manner , keep it up RDM

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍
