Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Buying a car can be a stressful and emotional experience. Add to the fact that the dealership is 250 miles away and you need to travel four and a half hours to secure the deal. I mention this because if it wasn’t for the professionalism, patience and compassion of the salesman, Sean Dyer, I would not have made the trip. Sean worked with me every step of the procedure. He described the car in great detail, took and emailed additional photos and offered additional assistance I might need prior to making the trip. I’ve been “around the block” a few times and in my opinion, Sean is far and above the consummate professional. He is easy to talk to, has a great sense of humor and has pride in his profession. Beginning with John Tapio, who responded to an inquiry then Cameron, Jillian, Matt! Jay, and (apologies, can?t remember name) Finance guy, this whole process was the best ever. Best Kudos go to Cameron and Jillian! The both were a breath of fresh air in a position that had previously filled by (not at Monaco) people who seemed to only care about commission. I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

It was easy to get a convenient appointment. Staff was courteous and repair cost was reasonable. Facility waiting room was clean and comfortable. Facility location is convenient and close to shops and restaurants which makes waiting for repair completion easier.

Looked at many different vehicles, very happy with 2022 Ford Explorer. The Explorer vehicle is very roomy with all the comforts of a luxury vehicle.

Although pricey, this truck is awesome to drive . Very sharp looking and runs fast! I highly recommend ! We went from a Flex to this car and it was a seamless transition.

Once again Place Motors has provided excellent service for my Class A motorhome built on a Ford F53 chassis. Place Motors is one of few dealerships that can handle large vehicles like my RV which is 31 feet long and over 12 feet high. It is so convenient having a local dealership that can handle larger vehicles as well as cars and trucks.

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

I found a Ford F250 that had the options I was looking for on cars.com that Blasius of Middletown had in stock. Contacted Edwin (salesman) to confirm truck was still there and set up an appointment. The truck was detailed and ready to go when I arrived after a 3 hour drive to the dealership. I liked the truck, so I made the purchase. We negotiated a little on my trade and came to a deal we could both agree to. Overall had a smooth transaction.

We purchased a 2022 Explorer Platinum one month ago and so far we've had a great experience. We needed the large volume of cargo space that's available with the third row down, above-average towing capability, and most importantly comfortable seating for long trips. This SUV has given us all of that and much more. Now that we're past the break-in period, it is such a pleasure to drive. It has a phenomenal engine, helpful tech that we haven't had any trouble using (with one exception -- see below), and a fantastic selection of drive modes. The one fly in the ointment isn't Ford's fault. We tried to activate the three-month free trial of the wifi hotspot with AT&T, but three weeks after opening an incident with them (with Ford Customer Support's help), they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I hope Ford partners with a different provider soon, so no one else has to deal with this. But that's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. After a major purchase like this I often second-guess myself and wonder if I shouldn't have gone with one of the runners up. But not in this case. I'm confident we found the best SUV for our needs. Kudos to Ford!

Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

First service to replace a tire. Everything was fine. Just took a long time. It seemed like a log time to replace one tire under warranty.

Service Specialist was extremely busy, Dave the Service Specialist next to Jacob, picked up the ball and began processing me. Jacob returned shortly and resumed handling my appointment. Professional, courteous, all my questions and concerns were answered and delt with. John Gentile Service Manager has a great repour w/ his Staff and customers. I've not had a bad experience w/ the Service Department, since purchasing my used F-150 2020.
