Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I was very impressed with this dealership! They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the car I wanted. Scout Davenport was an awesome salesman. He went way above and beyond what I’ve experienced before. They even traded a car with another dealership so I could get the car I wanted. DO not, I repeat DO NOT Go to the Ford dealership in Cookeville. They tried to cheat me on the value of my car as a trade-in. Told me incorrect information and were extremely high pressure sales. Stay local, The dealership I would have to say gets a 10 star rating!!!

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. We went to the dealership to trade in our Journey. I told my husband before we got there ?I sure hope we don?t get a true salesman. I truly dislike ?salesman?!!!! To much of our delight Ben was our salesman and he was a delight to work with. He listened to what we wanted. He made suggestions. He didn?t dismiss the little lady like most guys do. I woukd buy my next car from him.

Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

I had the absolute best time here. I have bought more than thirty cars in my lifetime and this was by far the easiest, friendliest, and most enjoyable experience purchasing a vehicle. They have my full endorsement.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

We arrived at appointment time. Our truck was immediately taken in . We were directed to a nice lounge while they inspected our vehicle. When they had finished, we were informed that we needed a part and that it would be ordered. The approximate dated for the part to arrive was given. We are to contact them around that date and get the appointment set up to have it installed. We were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. I believe the service representative was named Will.

My wife and I have both purchased our vehicles from East Tennessee Ford, the sales associates have been phenomenal every time. I recently needed a part fixed on my F250 that I attempted to have serviced at Ford of Cookeville, there service was awful and sent me packing. East Tennessee ford’s service was able to fix my issue without hassle. My only negative was my wife’s recent purchase of a 2025 explorer came with a “full detail” it was negotiated with our sales associate to have my F250 receive this “full detail”. When I receive my vehicle back I was amazed with how little this “full detail” provided, floors were full of dog hair, no attempts at cleaning the windshield, side mirrors full of bugs, this was merely a wash of the outside but even that was lack luster. East Tennessee Ford has been great however don’t fall for the “full detail” that is offered.

Excellent service and professionalism. Honest place to purchase a vehicle and do business. I will seek Edd’s out likely in the future due to said experience doing business with them.

The service man was very professional and polite. He was pleasant to be around. He did his job and was on his way. This dealership has always taken good care of us. We trust them.

My husband and myself purchased a super nice truck today. Our salesman was Matt Lyons, we was very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. He provided all the information we needed to make a great purchase. He allowed us to look all we wanted to, but if we had questions he was easy to find. He didn't force himself on us. Salesman like Matt are few and far between. I advise anyone looking to purchase a great vehicle, look up Matt. We will definitely be back for another great vehicle. I am from Michigan and needed service on my Maverick. I called the service department explained my situation and they got me in that day within a couple hours and looked it over and told me it was safe to drive and also did a oil change and tire rotation for me. Thomas was very professional and very helpful given my stressful situation and did everything possible to help me out at the spur of the moment. This would have been a five star review, I’ll share why after the kudos. The service department accommodated my every need in getting an overdue warranty recall taken care of (I had just bought a 2021 Bronco from a local dealer; more on that in my review there). When I first schedule the work I was told it would only take about an hour, so I had planned to wait. The very next day they called to let me know that the time estimate was in error, that it would take up to six hours to accomplish. I rescheduled for the next week, when I had plans to be out of town. They took my vehicle in, ran the tests required, and let me know the results (all good) by the end of that day. My only complaint? When I dropped my vehicle off for service it had a full tank of gas. When I retrieved it after service it was a quarter tank low; thus the one star minus.

Trent did a great job at showing us options for what we were looking for in a pre-owned car. He was a wealth of information and very professional and friendly. There was good follow-up after the sale.

I have to say I had a great experience at Ed Rogers valley Ford. Christy nettles listen to me and found the perfect truck for me that didn't break the bank. I have bought more vehicles cars and trucks than the average person can imagine, but I will be back to see Christy at Ed Rogers Ford without a doubt.
