I was tremendously impressed with the service I received at the dealership. Brad the service advisor was incredible! He made sure that he stayed in contact with me, and got back to me the what the problem was and the cost to fix it before 7 AM the next morning! The next day when the car was ready, Abraham came to pick me up to get the car, again ... great service! I have mobility issues walking, so Brad went and got the car for me and brought it to me! the work on the car was done fast and resolved the problem! We just moved here last summer from Western Massachusetts; to find a dealership that is better than the one I went to for 51 years is impressive!

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

I called about a vehicle I had identified online. A pleasant hent, Gelmer Velasquez, who is a master salesperson at Baytown for over 13 years, made an immediate appointment for the next day. Gelmer was pleasant, informative, and attentive to all of my questions. He kindly volunteered to drive my vehicle to my home as I had come by my car! So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

Went in to check out a Gladiator. Me and my wife are avid campers, and needed something to pull our future tear drop camper. Offering full transparency to the sales manager, I shared my car buying frustrations and concerns.
