Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Best dealership buying experience I’ve had. They got me the deal I wanted and didn’t waste time with back and forth to the managers office. I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

Rachel Blea and Derek Cunningham worked with us on 2 separate days to purchase our new car. Derek took us on a test drive and pointed out many special features of the EV6, selling us on this car. The next day, Derek was not available and we worked with Rachel to negotiate our purchase. She was attentive, knowledagble, and allowed us time to discuss all the decisions we needed to make. She has also been very committed to following up with us to make sure we have no issues with our new car.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

As a car buying experience can be this was very pleasant. We lived far enough away where it wasn't convenient to come into the dealer to negotiate and ask questions so we did everything via email. Unlike 4 other Ford dealerships every email was productive. When I asked a question I got a prompt response with no runaround or demanding come in to the dealership. They gave us all the numbers we were asking for without saying we can only give that if you come in. A lot of numbers were given to us without us having to ask with detailed breakdown. I appreciated the honest approach I felt. If asked for something they would either say yes but if the said no they gave a detailed explanation. I walked away from this deal feel like I got a good price and didn't feel dirty like I had just been taken advantage of. Also it was really stressful free. They do not pressure you at all during the sales process. A little once you get back to the finance office with packages but not as bad as other dealerships.

Bonito got my Escape in quickly for shock issue. They sent a driver to pick up my car, serviced in a couple of hours and returned it to my home. These are the reasons we have done many car deals with Tonkin.

He and his team ran diagnostics for me on 2 different vehicles and went on a ride along with me, all at no charge.
