I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

What an outstanding dealership with outstanding personnel! We had been shopping for a few months without satisfaction and sadly not good experiences elsewhere. I highly recommend shopping and buying from this dealership. Our salesman Mathew was friendly interested in our satisfaction abd knowledgeable and allowed every opportunity for us to be sure about our purchase. The GM was also wonderful to finalize buying our car with ! We could not be happier with the professional experience! They care and give you honesty knowledge and integrity. So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

Great performance, excellent applications and comfortable seating. Handles well on the road. Bluecruise was an excellent feature and it blew ma away at its performance.

Never thought a truck could be this comfortable but Ford change my mind with the F150, smooth ride excellent handling could not ask for a better vehicle and the gas mileage is unbelievable

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. I was at work and we had to drop off a car for Liberty Ford to do body work I decided to look in the show room for a truck I'm a Chevy man so my co-worker asked me why I'm looking in here for a Chevy truck I said you never know, plus I bought my last Chevy truck for Liberty Ford Parma. There it was a Chevy Colorado sitting on the show room floor I asked for a sale person which was Matt. I asked the price on the truck and what year it was it was very very clean, came up the next day Matt got my financed very quickly and out the door I was rolling and I'm the kind of person who do not write reviews, so there you have it was very please with the out come of my purchase.

I had a great experience, saw the truck on Saturday night, drove from PA to Ohio on Monday to get it. Steve (Coach) already had the tank filled and cleaned before I arrived. I looked at the Same truck in PA, they couldn’t come close to the price Medina had!! I would definitely go back to Medina for another vehicle.
