Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Christopher Lane was terrific to deal with. No pressure sales, found what we wanted and my wife loves her new Explorer. Very friendly staff all around.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

Recall, & routine maintenance, was done. “Check Engine Light” was investigated. No service necessary. Recommended multiple service items totaling well over $1,500. Deferring many of them. The vehicle has been well maintained and cared for and I was a little put off by the items on the list. Most of the previous service was done by a competing Ford dealer and I never got the “empty the checkbook” service recommendations. But what they serviced was done well.

We recently purchased a used 2025 Escape, with approximately 13 K miles from Germain Ford. Within a week we discovered a couple of items that needed repair. Additionally, we found that the clear coat on the hood of the car was beginning to peal. From the sales staff (Will) to the service staff (Jessica), they have “bent over backwards”) for us, making the necessary repairs, all to our satisfaction. This is the second vehicle we’ve purchased from Germain Ford and are very pleased!

The total service of making surebi got to work and back to fixing my car correctly. Explaining to me what was wrong with my car it was accurate. My car drives great now! This is for Ricart Business which is the site just across the street from the large new/used cars dealerships. This site repairs large business truck and motor homes. I have used their services for recalls and repairs on my Winnebago motorhome in ver past 3 years. The work is always first class and some has been warranty work without charge to me, and some non-warranty. The greatest thing about this part of Ricart(I don’t know the other part) is their warm and welcoming helpful way of doing business on phone and in person. They always want help me and do it right away and never make me feel like I’m interrupting them or they’re doing me a favor just to work for me. Can’t think of how to improve my experiences with them.

I bought my used 2022 Maverick from Ricart and have been happy with their sales & service ever since! Always pleasant in the service department, went above & beyond when some grease was left on some things in the interior, detailed the whole inside and fixed the undercarriage cover (new hardware too) from getting my oil changed at a Firestone store (never again, Firestone😣). Their services are modestly priced, with some discounts too. Everytime I go to Columbus I drive through their car wash, works great! I will continue to use Ricart for purchasing and service😁
