Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. I unfortunately bought a lemon car from another dealer. 12 days after I bought it, I had an issue with the automatic 4WD. I called Mike Murphy Ford in Morton, and I was treated horribly on the phone. Treated like I was insane and stupid. I had never called for service and had someone so mean handle the phone call. My husband suggested I call Uftring Automall to get our issue resolved as we were headed out of town the next day. When I called, Barry answered. Sweetest demeanor for those who call in distress. I needed that after having been treated like crap for the past 2 weeks in dealing with this vehicle. I told him what was going on, he listened intently. He said he would like to go to ask the service folks immediately if they could look at my SUV. I expected a call back after an hour or two, but 5 minutes later I got a call and he politely asked if I could bring my SUV in within the next hour. I said, "That was fast." He replied, "Well you are top priority." I genuinely appreciate how kind he was during such a stressful time. He gave me directions and everything. I got to the service area, and Mike Healey took care of me. Wonderful! Kind, prompt, genuine. Just like Barry. Bruce drove my car and figured out the issue with it right away. They fixed my vehicle, and I couldn't be more happy with my experience there. I am so appreciative of the good customer service I received. It still exists, and I will return for future business because they made it so easy and safe (stress-wise) to bring my vehicle there for fixing.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

Two days ago I was driving from Nebraska to Virginia. My Ford Focus began making horrifically loud noises as I crossed Iowa and drove through Illinois. I stopped at Uftring Ford hoping that they would be able to diagnose and fix the problem. I was incredibly stressed out and worried that I would be stuck in Peoria for days without a working car. I needed get to Virginia before law school started and was panicked that I wouldn't be able to make it in time. I had never been to Peoria, knew nobody within an 8-hour drive of the area, had no appointment with Uftring, and was desperate to get my car working ASAP. I relayed my personal crisis to the employees at Uftring. They immediately began evaluating my car. Several mechanics (Bruce, and a few others whose names I have forgotten) started working on it immediately (again, I had no appointment!). Everyone was incredibly kind. They quickly discovered what was wrong and got my car into working condition within an hour. I cannot tell you how relieved I was. I got back into my car, ready to get back on my way to Virginia, when I realized that I had not received a bill for their work. I went back inside and asked for the charges. The mechanics at Uftring said there was no bill! I was floored at the generosity of the Uftring employees. They heard my issue, started working on it immediately, resolved it quickly, and then charged nothing for quite literally saving me. As a broke law student, this meant everything. As a human, this was one of those experiences that gives you a more positive outlook on the world -- one of those "strangers helping strangers" stories. I have nothing but gratitude for everyone at Uftring, and if you find yourself with car troubles in Peoria, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

When talking with the locals and asking where they purchased their vehicle, Mike Murphy comes up a lot in conversations. You tell them your budget and they will find you the right car that works for you. I couldn’t be happier with my Ford Edge SEL and the service provided by Rickie Gieger was above any service I had anywhere else. I enjoyed his entertaining personality and humor throughout the car search experience. Within a few hours, I was driving off the lot. You cant beat their extended warranty deals. If your within 100 miles of their business and break down, tow truck is free, repairs are free within the warranty, and if you need a rental, thats included as well.

We live about an hour and a half away, but Onie made the process incredibly easy by handling everything over the phone ahead of time. By the time we arrived, all that was left was a quick test drive and a bit of paperwork—start to finish, we were in and out of the dealership in around 30 minutes! A couple of days after taking the vehicle home, a mechanical issue popped up. Onie was immediately responsive and had a loaner vehicle arranged and delivered to us the very next day. The service department didn’t miss a beat either—they had the necessary repairs completed quickly and efficiently, making sure we had our Wagoneer back just in time for a planned family vacation. I can’t recommend Heller Ford highly enough. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly stands behind their vehicles and values customer service, look no further. Ask for Onie—he’s the real deal!
