My experience with this dealership with great. Jose handle me and my wife with exceptional care, concern, consideration and kindness. Colby was very professional and thorough, Greg was thoughtful and very mindful and Tim was very courteous, attentive and patient with us. The only thing that was a little disturbing was we were literally there for 8hrs?. in which I am aware that sometimes depending on the circumstances of situations that the processing factors could possibly be more tedious than the normal?. But overall 5 stars. Great restrooms, beverages and waiting areas. Very good dealership to do business with.

Every part of the buying process was easy and well organized. I ordered my new Explorer and there were some delays due to the model year changeover. Both Helfman and Ford reached out to me on numerous occasions to inform me of the status of my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I was in and out of the dealership within an hour or less. Legacy Ford was the BEST dealership that I have been to! We drove in from out of town because they had a larger variety of vehicles. Between my saleswoman Vanessa and the GM and even Finance, we had such a FUN experience. Everyone that works there is happy, says hello, asks if you need anything, ect. They don’t just focus on their own sales and ignore you! The manager made sure to check on us and talk with us several times. Vanessa was so wonderful and patient and she knows her stuff!!! Finally someone that can answer questions. Brandon in finance was so sweet, kind and patient as well. Everyone gave us status updates while waiting. I will be sending anyone I know their way! Got an oil change and my rep was Angelina and she was very nice and professional as usual, she has been my Rep for the last few oil changes, she applied coupons for my service and I am very satisfied.

After narrowing my search to one vehicle he facilitated in helping me get a lower price. He was always in constant communication with me. Our communication process did not take long. Because we had all agreed on everything, the time at the dealer did not take long. A very good experience.

Joseph was my AutoNation rep that helped me with getting my vehicle serviced. I had a recall issue that was resolved as well as a transmission issue that was resolved under warranty. I was able to obtain a free loaner vehicle for a week during repairs. The customer service exceeded my expectations.
