My wife and I recently went through the process of a trade in for a new vehicle. This was by far the best car buying experience either of us have experienced. There was zero pressure from our salesperson, Jay. He was incredibly helpful, gave us plenty of time to think about our purchase and test drive the vehicles we were interested in. Beyond that the manager, Travis assessed our trade in when we brought in our used vehicle and explained that we had more value than we anticipated, and gave us a very reasonable offer. They even took time to help us evaluate potential discounts after explaining our buying options. Painless and enjoyable experience overall! We will be going back to Miller Motors in the future!

Best dealership in town. There’s no other dealer in Illinois that compares to this one. I’m a passionate automobile enthusiast with no patience for xx and THIS dealer has NONE of that. I walked in and I was greeted softly and warmly by the front desk discussing the reason for my visit and understanding if I was browsing or looking for something specific. When I spoke about a specific vehicle I wanted I was referred to Tiffany the sales manager. She was as warm and welcoming as the front desk people were. Tiffany paid careful attention to what I wanted and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt MY time and what I wanted is what mattered to her, which it did! She introduced me to her product specialist Roland ( With a cool Cowboy hat and a great sense of humor to accompany it). While Roland knew full well I wasn’t in the market to buy a car in the near future he still spent almost 2 hours with me discussing my options, my needs, and how to get those needs taken care of. By the end of my visit, Roland helped me place an order for the exact vehicle I want. Despite not making a sale that day, they invested those nearly 2 hours in MY NEEDS and they showed me how much MY time meant to them. I’m almost 40 years old and I’ve never purchased a brand new car before in my life, and you know what? This is the place that’s going to happen and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Roland for explaining things so well and exploring everything down to the last detail to get me what I want and what I need. We searched for 500 miles and Napleton had the color and exact model we wanted. Got an internet price and finalizing the deal was pretty stress free. Much to our delight, a test drive turned into driving off the dealer's lot with a 2025 Platinum Ford Explorer. Our sales rep, Scott Lindbloom, could not have been more accommodating. We were treated with respect and above all, we were listened to at every step of the transaction. We appreciate buying a vehicle from our hometown dealer where we will go back for service. Everyone was friendly and there was no one pushing us to buy...after all, we just wanted a test drive.
