Wanted a plug in hybrid.. We got an Escape PHEV. After a year it has been problem free. Great dealer support. Great gas mileage, great price, tax rebate and financing. We saved about $14,000 vs other PHEV cars. The tax rebate allowed us to take a vacation. Also got 0% loan which allowed us to add dealer services to the car til we had 85,000 miles on the car. This is our 4th Ford. Left Toyota and Subaru because of unsatisfactory dealer practices. 4 of our neighbors on this street have Fords from this dealer as well.

I am very happy with Loudon Motors in Minerva. This says a lot since I am not a fan of car dealerships due to having bad experiences. Was only sort of looking to get a used car because I wanted a specific brand and model. We had looked at this car weeks earlier at their used lot. Had a couple issue we didn't like and choose not to buy it. We were contacted later on by a salesman and were told those issues had been fixed and would we like to check out this car. They placed it on a lift for my husband to get a good look, you know how Ohio weather is on cars. Everything was great and they even changed out some other items. My car was brought in from a dealership an hour away. During my test drive the airbag light was on. Not one of the tires was the same brand. Didn?t know that was allowed. They compromised with splitting the cost of just 1 new tire. It?s been 5 days and the airbag switch still hasn?t been replaced. (They?re wrking on it). I?d like my new car soon. They cashed my check. However, the manager has been terrific.
