Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Sales and Finance department were the most friendly and helpful I have ever dealt with. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle and they have my recommendation to anyone looking to make auto purchase.

Love this truck. Rides and drives great. Looks fantastic and I myself would not drive any other brand. Tried Chevy a few years ago and hated it so much I only kept it 1 year before going back to Ford and I will not change.

Looked on the interweb and found a truck that was the right color and had all the features I wanted. Needed extended range gas tank for travel and had to have lumbar support in the drivers seat. I like my new Ford pick'emup truck. Jeff the sales person at Woodhouse wasn't high pressure and closed the deal. This is the second truck I've bought from Woodhouse. Wish Ford sold the XL trucks with a power seat option.

To say that Jodee is phenomenal would be the understatement of the year. Looking for a jeep, I had some bad experiences dealing with disingenuous people and shady tactics. The best buying experience for a new car ever. Jesse Gloystein was the most pleasant and knowledgeable salesman ever, he put no pressure on us and worked diligently to find a perfect car for us. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and easy to navigate through all of the paperwork.

I had a very unusual problem with my 2012 Ford Escape. The engine went 'limp' and could barely make it up the smallest hill, however, the check engine light never came on creating a mystery what was wrong. The vehicle was seven years old and had 125,000 miles but was exceptionally well maintained. Woodhouse spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong even calling Ford for ideas. The mechanic working on it called it a 'head scratcher'. Finally they said I needed a new engine (but couldn't say exactly why) and quoted a price of $7k... needless to say I was not happy! Mike Durham, Service Mgr., went to bat for me calling Ford to lower the price since I had been a lifelong Ford owner and always took the vehicle to Woodhouse for servicing. We finally agreed on a new engine a new transmission for $2k less than the original estimate. My vehicle was out of commission for two full months as all this played out with Woodhouse giving us a free loaner car the whole time. I've had the Escape now for a week and it runs great with no problems. The new engine comes with a three year unlimited miles warranty. Having driven over fifty years I've never had to replace an engine, or even tear one down so this was all new to me. Big thanks to both Woodhouse and Ford working with me on a most difficult problem.

Purchase went smooth however only had the vehicle, 2020 Explorer, for less than a month. Called the service department today as the drivers seat has a rip on the stitch line and Woodhouse South are not willing to repair the seat. Even purchased the premium warranty. Even has a transmission issues and they are not looking at that either. Why purchase a warranty if the dealership does not honor it. Would like a call from the owner of Woodhouse to resolve these issues.

It was on time for everything from start to finish and the Eric was very professional.

Second F150 I have purchased from Woodhouse Ford of Omaha in last 12 months. Bought XLT last year but wanted to step up to 2020 Lariat this year. Trade on XLT was fair. Both vehicles were purchased via internet, text and phone, and they were delivered to my door 150 miles away!! I really like the internet pricing and details of vehicle on their website. All staff very helpful and timely in contacting me. Herman Shields was my sales rep both times. Herman did a great job handling the details of sale for me. Michaela in the service department did a fantastic job of helping me get the right accessories added to my Lariat (rock guard and splash guards, bed liner and Tonneau cover - I really like the hard roll up). Truck delivered as promised with exactly what I wanted. Very good experience twice in less than 12 months. That should tell you something!

My experience with McMullen Ford was outstanding! I found a new truck I wanted via Cars.com and McMullen Ford had the one I wanted on their lot. I emailed the dealership and they were prompt to reply and provide any information I needed. I worked out the purchase, flew out to Iowa where the salesman met me at the airport and took me over to the dealership. I went over the vehicle, did some paperwork, and drove home in my new truck! Jody Larsen was extremely helpful. It was my first time buying my own vehicle and she walked me through everything and treated me well. She was very inviting and knowledgeable about what I was getting into. I will be back to Baxter and hopefully work with Jody again when its time for my next vehicle.

Went looking for a vehicle. They had a decent pontiac for sale. Salvaged title. It seems to be a decent car so far. Time will tell after 30 days.
