Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Great communication and felt really comfortable talking to both the sales and maintenance crew. Customer service was great also.

Love this truck. Rides and drives great. Looks fantastic and I myself would not drive any other brand. Tried Chevy a few years ago and hated it so much I only kept it 1 year before going back to Ford and I will not change.

Was just in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service writers were very friendly, and made sure my needs were taken care of. I was a waiter and they had my vehicle out and ready in a very reasonable amount of time.

Christine was great to work with, I appreciated that even though I had scheduled for a problem and to have a part replaced, she had more complete testing run and found that I didn’t need to have the part replaced which saved me money. The service was completed in less time than expected so it was a great experience.

He was very professional and easy to talk with. Ryan Kremer from acessories was very helpful and had the keyless key pad entry installed He helped answer a few questions and was very knowledgeable. Orleans ford gave my wife such a great deal on her trade in she ended up purchasing a 2025 f250 roush. Loves everything from the good deal on the trade in, our sales person Richie and we have been buying trucks thru Orleans Ford for years and there service team is outstanding too, very little issues over the years but always in and out problem resolved. For some of the nicest trucks around and normally plenty of trucks to choose from.. New or used great place we'll be back again.
