Jacob was easy to work with, not high pressure and if you've met him in person you'll easily see he's very toned down. I would say that if you do plan on buying a vehicle, get there early or during their non-peak time then you can get in and out in an hour. Not as fast as I've seen others work, but faster than several. The manager was nice, didn't follow me outside to pressure me to buy a vehicle on my initial visit. Even though the car was 'as-is' they did make sure that it went out the door correct and didn't just say you're on your own if you experience anything during the test-drive. They did want to make it right.

Preston headley was my salesperson and he was awesome!! Professional, answered all my questions thoroughly, patient with me, listened to what I really wanted in a vehicle and got me into something I couldn’t be happier about. He was also just super nice through the whole process, I will send all the business I can his way!

For a time that can be pretty exciting yet stressful they all attempted to make it the least stressfull they could. Quintin and Kenny were fantastic to work with! They were patient and kind to my husband and I as we test drove many models and asked numerous questions. Stacey is great 👍 appointment was at 7:30 did not finish until 10/30 - opt to stay vs waiting cause “it won’t take that long” lost almost a 1/2 day of work waiting appointment??? I had but still it felt like I was a walk in - the coupons offered for the works is not straightforward- synthetic vs synthetic blend is not clearly defined and the À la cart of a oil change is cra-cra
