Located the F-150 on Cars.com and contacted Freeway Ford's sales group. Brian, the salesman who assisted me, was able to answer all of my questions about the truck. He was a great sales rep, and I had a great experience dealing with Freeway Ford. I would recommend them when searching for a new or used vehicle.

Very friendly and the salesman answered all of our questions that we had before the purchase. They stayed late to help us get the deal done so we didn’t have to drive back the next day. Out of state buyer and had a great experience with Devin at Mark Motors. Bought a 458 Italia with A customer service. Price wasn't over inflated and was just right. When the car was delivered to me, there was a small curb rash on one of the wheel and a missing 2nd key, but Devin took care of that for me without question. Would definitely come back to shop for another exotic car in the future!

My wife and I were on vacation from Pittsburgh when our 2019 Ford F-250 King Ranch had a engine light come on. Lara from customer service took over and immediately had her diesel technician get out truck in run a diagnostic test. To make a long story short our truck was fixed and we were on our way in only about an hour! Thanks!

K. Miller was polite, knowledgeable of Ford models, and was very clear with his communication. It was a nice dealership with relatively cheap dealer fees (around $300 for my car). Process was easy, and they even held the car for me for a week without a deposit.

I would recommend this dealership and service to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Driving cross country with my son, who was moving to Iowa from Washington state. His 2002 Toyota with 200K + gave up on I90 on the Missouri bridge and he had to be towed to a shop. Willrodt Ford was the only shop in Chamberlin that would make time to look at it. Got there and could plainly see the cracked engine block. Patrick in sales did a great job working with us in my son's budget and set him up in used car that my son now loves. No high pressure sales, no unpleasantness, got back on the road and finished the trip in a lot nicer car than we started in. Only slight delay was they wanted to to a full lube and oil before we drove off. If they weren't so far from Seattle, I'd be looking there for my next car too.
