I was there for service on 09/14/24 and the service guys were great! They explained everything and were very courteous. The only complaint I have was the gentleman that came in with his family. From the minute he walked in, he was rude and condescending to the staff, letting his kid run all over the place. The service manager went back into the shop to talk to his guys and this gentleman made a comment about the service manager that was very off color and that made me very uncomfortable. I did talk to the service manager about this comment after the gentleman left as I felt so bad about it. I have to say that the service manager handled him very professionally even when he was being condescending to him.

It was a long involved process of trying to figure out exactly what the issue was, but finally got resolved....Barry, sort of the middle man between mechanics, managers, field reps and myself, did an outstanding job of communicating everything that was going on.
