I stopped in on July 5th ,my fan wasn't working for the airconditioner. 2018 F150. They immediately took it back into the service area found that the motor was bad called South Bend and had a fan motor delivered within the hours .I was there a total of 2 hours. Service doesn't get any better than that. I was in awe of the attention that I received immediately. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Saw the 2018 F-150 online and messaged the sales team Monday night. Scheduled an appointment to look at it Tuesday, drove it and talked to the salesperson Wendi and at first we were too far apart on numbers so I asked for a day to ?sleep? on it. Texted Wendi the following Wednesday and finalized the deal Thursday, cleared out my 2013 F-150 and will take delivery Friday or Saturday

I called and scheduled test drive and when I arrived they had more option then I originally had seen. The Parts Dept at Auto Park, Bremen is excellent in my opinion. I went in on Sat morning around 10am. I needed an ignition lock cylinder for my Ford Escape. I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Nick Shepherd, Parts Mgr. Nick had the part & told me he would not release it until he put it together correctly. He installed the tumblers & pins, glad I didn't have to do it. Nick & Jarred Zeisig are a great team!
