This was an online/out of state purchase and at every step they provided customer service that exceeded my expectations. There was a very small ding on the van and the management team made sure those pictures were sent to me even though the ding was tiny. I asked Zachery to pick me up at the car rental location (as I drove a rental one way) and he picked me up. Chuck the manager chatted with me awhile while waiting for the van to be ready to be taken home and he made sure I was happy with the purchase and his staff. Its obvious customer service is VERY important to him. The original price quoted to me was slightly different and they even sent me a check in the mail later for it AND Zachery followed up with me to make sure I made it home safely with my 10 hour drive home. Britt McKee was so wonderful. She met me at the dealership after I got off work and stayed there with me until after 8:00 that night until I purchased my truck. Special shout out to the gentleman in management and the gentleman in finance who also stayed an hour past closing time. I purchased the perfect used Toyota Tacoma. The only thing that was wrong with it was an air conditioner switch, which they replaced. They even delivered my truck to my house which is over an hour away free of charge. I?d buy from them again, no doubt.
