My wife was in the market to buy a new Subaru Crosstrek and we were both frustrated by our local dealer as they were unwilling to negotiate on the price of the SUV. Subaru of Ontario on the other hand gave us a great deal beating our local dealer's price by almost $1,000. My wife ended up ordering the Sunrise Orange 2018 Crosstrek equipped the way she wanted it and took delivery 9 weeks later. Subaru of Ontario's sales team is friendly and helpful. The service after the sale has been top notch. They are a small dealership and both my wife and I liked the no-pressure experience. I have also had my 2005 Subaru Baja serviced at this dealership and was very pleased with the quality of the work and the money we saved over our local dealer. I urge you to compare prices before you take your Subaru in for service. We have recommended the dealership to several friends for both sales and service. Made an appointment to test drive a used Ford Transit. The salesperson was waiting to meet us at the appointed time with the vehicle parked front and center. After looking over the van and taking it for a drive we decided to purchase it. The dealership adjusted the price to our advantage and the deal was completed. Very friendly folks.

My experience buying a new car from Kendall Ford of Meridian was outstanding! I was initially trying to buy a new Ford Bronco for my 16 year old daughter's first car here locally in Virginia Beach. We purchased our new 2026 F350 here and the experience was great. No pressure at all. Even the add-on warranty stuff had no pressure. We asked lots of questions and he just simply supplied answers for us, printed out everything and gave us days-weeks to think about it. No pressure to buy anything. Our salesman, Michal "Meehow" Swiercz, was great as well. Always responded to phone calls or texts (even on his days off) and always got us the information we needed. I was passing through Ontario in my new Outback when I had many warning lights flashing, gear shifting problems, etc. Ron in the service department was great. He took my car in right away (next appointment was 3 days away), ordered the needed parts for next-day delivery and had the car fixed as soon as parts arrived. Lori arranged for me to have a loaner car, a brand-new 2018 Outback, for the two days. They left me my car for after-hours pickup and I was able to return the loaner at the same time and was on my way out of the state. All this at no charge!
